  4. Stomach pain for 10. days. Is negative.

Stomach pain for 10.days
Son , 8 yr old has stomach pain at the middle of the stomach since 10 days. Doctors prescribed rantac, nizonide, digene, econorm he was little better.. but not completely recovered . Then doctors gave zanocin 200mg for 5 days. Now 3 days over. Still no improvement. Has continuous pain. Took stool reducing sugar test..is negative. Took USG abdomen test , all are normal. Kindly advice what to do. He is having continuous pain and worSe at night. No vomiting no loose motion ..no other symptoms.

Hi, More detailed history required Does he have constipation or loose stools ? Is he gaining weight? Tab pantaprazole 20 mg twice daily ( before food ) for 7 days
