Before 6 month i diagnosis with mild h pylori infection after that i take antibiotics to remove it, can h pylori re occurs? After 6 months doctors said that i have gastritis that means h pylori are back? is there some test to know about hpylori i already done with upper endo please advise

Yes it is correct, h pylori infection can occur again. First you try to take the tablets will take to gastritis and if there is no improvement then I can consult the gastroenterologist. But nothing to worry and by taking regular food according to diet chart the problem can be solved.

Hello, Having gastritis does not necessarily mean that you have H. Pylori. However H. Pylori may be the cause if proved on tests. Repeat testing may be needed for confirmation
