Stomach pain and missed periods

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello, my wife is facing pain in the lower abdomen for the past one week and she also missed her periods this week. The prega news test is negetive. She eats anything anytime. She ate spicy foods and street foods last week after whole day of fast. I am not sure if this is because of the same.

Could very well b due to a stomach upset. But pls check preg in d first urine sample of the day.. If still neg then wait for a couple of days more. Also get a urine routine test done to rule out infection
