Stomach pain and high fever

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My son suffers stomach pain for 3weeks now.the first diagnosis was positive in amoeba.after a week of medication.he become alright.but sadly after a week.he suffer stomach pain again and high fever not reduces for 8 hours after taking mdcation.now,he is so sick.please do help.i hate all the here in our town.they don't know how to listen :'(
