Stomach Pain And Dark Brown Saliva - I Am Having Fever Since

Stomach pain and dark brown saliva

I am having fever since Friday and having stomach pain. I am able to eat but I get nausea feeling most of the time fever is around 100.8 most of the time with severe headache. I have got all the blood test done and no dengue or any other infection found please suggest what could be the cause of fever not coming down and me having dark brown saliva. Headache n fever is irritating a lot
