It would be better if you may consult your physician and get herself clinically examined. So that relevant investigations could be interpreted based on clinical findings. That would be the best approach.
Take plenty of oral fluids, healthy balance diet. Keep hydrated. Maintain good personal hygiene.
You should get complete blood count, blood sugars and urine routine microscopy tests done
