I moved to Delhi last month for job.. my job is sitting one.. I don't like pg food so I started eating fast food like pizza burger daily.. it was going fine for 1 month but now I have started getting symptoms like nausea, stomach tightness daily. My stomach feels sick n hurt all day

At the age of 25 , you are already century in your weight, height is also (20.5 feet). What ever you are eating excess is converted into fat immediately and start accumulating allover the body and exclusively inthe belly. Stomach is not a machine, You should give some rest to that also Kindly change your food habits. Gofor pantaprazole tablets for one week before food

Hahahahaha. So smart. Stop eating junk foods. Totally avoid it. Drink plenty of water. Cook or arrange healthy homemade tiffin services there are so many in Delhi.
