Stomach issues and bad breath

Hello Dr i have two issues 1- i have got stomach issues like gas, frequent motion 3-4 times day ( no loose motion), mild pain in lower abdomen due to gas or motion.it is happening since 7-8 days. 2- also i am suffering from bad breath issues since a long approx 1-2 years.even after i do take care of my oral hygiene.
