Stomach injury
I had an injury to stomach in nov 2020 due to which I have left flank pain, ultrasound  back then revealed mild hydronephrosis, then after few months I had ct urography which shows nothing even mild hydronephrosis didn't showed up there But pain is still there . Now again I went on to see a different urologist he ordered another ct urography, I showed him a prescription from doctor where I was asked to go for a DTPA scan but couldn't have it as the DTPA scan was not available in my City but this urologist said it's unnecessary will Not reveal anything. My pain increases after drinking water around after 30-45 minutes . I also took ultrasound which shows mild hydronephrosis which was done in feb 2023 But he didn't even wanted to have a look . Now the ct urography was again done yesterday and it revealed.       There is mild diffuse mesenteric thickening in the whole abdomen, more in the lower abdomen and left paracolic gutter anteriorly. What does this mean , Please Guide.

Most likely a colitis. Consult a gastroenterologist or gastrosurgeon. But as the pain occurs after drinking water and hydronephrosis is there a dtpa scan is indicated to rule out pelviureteric junction obstruction.
