Hello My daughter is complaining of stomach ache and vomatting after everything. We traveled to Delhi and had outside food. There is no motion.

It seems like a case of acute gastroenteritis. Watch for any signs of dehydration - lethargy, excessive vomiting, poor activity, dry lips and tongue, dry mouth, excessive thirst. She will require medications to stop the vomiting as well as gut immunity strengthening medications.
