Stomach heat,pain ,acidity pain

Whenever I eat little spicy food ,I feel heat and pain in stomach, my urine comes in yellow colour while it feels like some heat is coming out , Getting pain in my legs and hands plz advice what to do , getting pain in my Right bladder
