What should be the doze for calpol 250 for a 2.10 years girl with 12.7 weight ? Because of indigestion she got fever and vomiting

Dose of Calpol is 15 mg per kg body weight., So in your case it is 190 mg.
As Calpol250 contains 250 mg per 5 ml, you can give 190/250*5 ml I.e. 3.8 ml.
You next problem is not clear. Indigestion doesn't cause fever.

Give 3.5 ml every 6 hrly. For fever pain headache body ache.
Sp Emeset 4 ml 8 hrly one hr before food
But vomiting especially frequent, in fevers indicates bit serious infection. Contact your doctor immediately.
