Stomach Gas Pain daily since 2wks. Idea.

Having bad stomach pain daily since 2wks esp. after meals and mainly at nights. Seen 2 doctors. Taking Macrd & then some other medicines of doctor but pain still there. Got sonography done yesterday but nothing was visible & no obstruction - showing only gas. Dont think so tht it is only gas. Upper stomach also paining. Sticky motion 3-4 times a day bt with lot of efforts. Vomitting only last 2 nights. Pains while sleeping, at midnight. Though it is bearable but difficult. I had 5mm kidney stone in utery pipe a month back. Sonography shows its gone. Nt sure when. Sonography also says slight liver swollen, which was also shown 1 month back. Since yesterday got pain in right upper stomach below breast. Hope above explanation will help to advise on my next action points, medicine, diet or some idea. Thanks in advance.
