2 Months back had done with USG abdomen and pelvis it is normal only detected fatty liver grade 2 again now I have stomach fullness on left side no pain nothing but only feeling fullness and motion is also not cuming properly so what to do I have to go again for USG abdomen

This symptom is most likely due to gas, constipation or mild gastritis, especially since your USG 2 months ago was normal except fatty liver.

Next Steps

Advice: - Increase water intake and fiber in diet - Take light food and avoid oily/spicy items - Start a mild laxative or fiber supplement for constipation - Regular walking/exercise No need to repeat USG immediately. If fullness persists >1–2 weeks, severe pain, vomiting or weight loss, then consult a doctor and repeat evaluation if needed.
