Dexorange is a combination of Iron, Folic acid, Vit B12 and Zinc. None of these ingredients should cause chest burning and cramps. However since Dexorange doesn't suit you, you should avoid it in future. You can take other medicines containing Iron , Folic acid and Vit B12.
