Stomach burning for 3 month
I am suffering from stomach gurgling few years back...then 6 month back i have throat burning and tongue sores...past 3 month suffering from stomach burning and chest burning

You have severe acid peptic disease. Have you got endoscopy done. H pylori infection to be ruled out. Also need to speak to u. Whether you suffer from stress and sleeplessness. Take munacid tablets from muniyal ayurveda. It is available in website https://www.muniyalayurveda.in/ Has very good results in acidity. Munacid 2 0 2 Kamaduga rasa 1 1 1 Syrup munacid 2tsp 0 2tsp Yastimadu choorna plus amla choorna equal quantity with warm water twice after food Practice abdominal breathing exercise. Find the link in YouTube. Practise for 5 mins thrice before food. Practice healthy eating. Chew your food well. No talking or mobile phones during food. Don't drink water immediately after or immediately before food. Keep gap of 30mins. You can just take a sip. Don't remain empty stomach for long hours. Sleep well specially early to bed and early to rise. Drink enough water. Avoid sour spicy and salty foods. Also junk foods and processed foods. Avoid oily fried.

It is due  to severe gastritis. Try with 1.Pepser suspension 1tsp bd. 2.Ulset cap 1 tid before food. 3.Alsarex tab 1 tid after food.
