Feeling stomach and back pain for the last few days, I have undergone some blood tests and all are quite normal. What would be the cause of pain?

Probably Gastritis Check if u hv severe pain for any pancreatitis by doing sr lipase and amylase in blood test and basic UsG abdomen scan Stop spicy foods,hv timely food Hv syp Antacid before food And if possible do endoscopy and review
