Stomach and back pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Dr, i have pain in upper abdomen ( exactly in the epigastric region) for past 4 months. frequent burping and bloating. no vomitting and diarrohea and no fever. i have pain in middle of my back ( below my shoulder blades in left side). sometimes a sore throat too. i consulted general physician, he suggested me to take Pantop 40 mg and Rantac D tablet for 2 weeks. after skipping medicine for past 15 days the symptoms occurs again. i dont drink and smoke. kindly suggest me what should i do next?

You need proper check-up Xray chest , USG whole abdomen, and stool for occult blood. You may have complicated gastritis. Continue medication and consult further.
