Small fibroid may remain symptomless or may cause pain or increased bleeding during periods
If symptomless ,to be followed 6monthly about progression or not
If causing symptoms open or laparoscopic fibroadenectomy(myomectomy)is performed.
In few cases due to associated pathology&symptoms even hysterectomy can be performed
Consult your gyaenecologist for clinical examination as well
