Health Tips
Stick with home based food, avoid oily or outside food preparation.
I would advise you to have an ORS supplementation with immediate effect. You will require ORS, antipyretics and antacids. You must keep yourself well hydrated, aim to drink 3 liters of water per day. Have a liquid diet of soups and juices as it may be difficult for you to digest solid food and you can slowly increase the consistency based on how you tolerate the food.
