My wife stopped feeding our younger kid 8 years back. Since then occasionally used to lactate. However, since few months there is frequent lactation. It's increasing whenever she eats regularly , 3 times a day. (She's on diet and hardly eats twice a day). Is this normal or need a checkup or consultation? Thanks

Yes; she'll need a consultation with a endocrinologist. There are certain tumours which can cause abnormal lactation. Will need extensive workup and imaging.
