  4. Stiffness in fingers. Are required?

Stiffness in fingers
I am a 30 year old female and since last 1 month I am experiencing stiffness in my finger( hands) joints in the morning after I wake up..I have no medical history and is under no medication..I also have a problem of back and neck pain...but it comes and goes...my shoulders also pain..please let me know what is this and if any tests are required?
