Iam 47. Been having stuff right shoulder sunce 3 months. Consulted physio and continuing the exercises sunce 2 months. Not much improvement though pain hasnt increased. This us impacting proper sleep. Noticing little loss of wieght as well.
Kindly advice.

May consider taking a intra articular injection in the shoulder for quick relief...else continue physio and some pain killers ...it will take few months for u to be better
