Stiff Front Neck
Hello Doctor, 2 days back while washing my clothes I slipped and fell. I landed on the backside of my body and also hit my head. For a moment I laid down but everything was alright after that. Also the place where my head hit was alright. After 1-2 hours I felt a pain in the front neck and my neck was stiff. So when I rotate my head up, down, left, right it pains in the front neck region. Till then this has been the problem. What should I do ? Thankyou Doctor.

It would be better to visit orthopaedic or neurologist to rule out no fracture or spinal cord issues.
