  4. Stiches in head. Advice. plz tell me!

Sir / mam i had 3 stiches 1 inch over right hear on my head and 5 days back i had taken this injury and till now i have changed over 3 dressing so I want to know that can i remove this dressing so that the wound could heal in dry condition and one medical assistant has given me this advice... plzz tell me

U can open the dressing and regular application of antiseptic ointment like mupirocin or betadine is sufficient
