STI Warts?

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have noticed a painless tiny white bump on the upper part of the foreskin of my penis. It irritated for while when I scratched it. There are no other symptoms that I am aware of. I have been in a monogamous sexual relationship for the past one year. We have been having unprotected anal sex for a while. Our frequency of intercourse is 2-4 times a month. I am worried about me and my partner. Please help.
