Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hello, I have been under sexual contact with sex workers before 3 months. I had multiple exposures like 10 to 15 times in a span of 2 months. I had my condom on during sex. Now I noticed a small bump/rash like in my penis. Am I at the risk of contracted any STI. What are the tests to conclude that am not infected with any of the STI's. Kindly suggest please.
