1. HIV and Major STDs – Test Interpretation You have undergone HIV p24 antigen + antibody (4th-generation) testing at 31, 42, and 56 days after exposure. • A 4th-generation HIV test is considered conclusive at 45 days • Multiple negative results up to 56 days definitively rule out HIV Your STD panel at 42 days being negative is also reliable for: • Syphilis • Gonorrhea • Chlamydia • Hepatitis B & C (if included) Conclusion: There is no evidence of HIV or other common STDs from your exposure. 2. Herpes IgG Value of 2.28 – What It Means • HSV IgG positive (2.28) indicates past exposure, not recent infection • IgG antibodies: • Do not indicate when infection occurred • Are very common in the general population • Herpes does not cause chronic constipation Unless you have: • Genital ulcers • Painful blisters • Recurrent sores No further herpes testing is required You mentioned: • Headache, neck pain, chest discomfort resolved within 3–4 weeks • Only constipation has persisted for 2 months • You had no constipation before this exposure This pattern is not consistent with any STD or HIV. Most Likely Cause of Persistent Constipation The most probable causes are non-infectious, such as: a. Anxiety / Post-Exposure Stress • Very common after sexual exposure • Can disrupt gut motility • Causes IBS-type constipation b. Functional Constipation / IBS-C • Triggered by stress • No infection involved • Common in otherwise healthy adults c. Dietary & Lifestyle Changes • Reduced fiber • Reduced water intake • Altered sleep • Sedentary habits
Health Tips
Very short tips for constipation relief: • Drink 2.5–3 L water daily • Eat fiber daily (fruits, vegetables, oats) • Walk 30 minutes daily • Fixed toilet time after breakfast • Reduce stress and anxiety • Avoid junk food and excess tea/coffee If it lasts >3 months or you see blood/weight loss, consult to a genuine homoeopath so you could get the desired result .
