STI/ Fungal infection on penis

I had unprotected sex with my wife 2 weeks ago from now. She was diagnosed with vaginal fungal infection 3 weeks from now. She is under treatment of gynecologist.
From last week i am feeling a bit of itching on penis head. I can see some small red pimple on penis head.
Is it fungal infection? To which doctor i should go for the treatment a urologists or sexologist or a normal doctor?
