STI, Chlamidia- sex within 7 days after

I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and found out last Friday myself and my partner both have Chlamidia, we have just had unprotected sex 3-4 days after taking azithromycin on Friday, we both have been treated for it but we’re advised to restrain from sex for 7 days, did we just reinfect ourselves or is it more likely we have treated it, even though we didn’t substain from sex for the whole 7 day period
