Hii dr my name is Vignesh iam DMD Patient
Before 7 years i used Defcort 6mg
Now I am steroid is wysolone 10mg daily morning Once for 4 Years
So Now I checked LFT Test
It was
SGOT : 80.2
SGPT : 63.8
Bililrubin Total : 1.0
Bilirubin Direct : 0.2
Bilirubin Indirect : 0.8
So Long time wysolone 10mg using can effect the liver ? So that is the reason or what?
So what I have to do now sometimes I have Pain in liver area and abdominal pain also

The LFT report values are only slightly increased and does not look like a problem. Having pain abdomen and upper area pain could be due to gastritis which is a side effect of steroids. Take pantoprazole 40 mg tablet before food in the morning and if not improving, add an antacid syrup like sucralfate. If there is severe pain then better to consult a surgeon in person for examination and get an ultrasound.
