Steroid reaction on cheeks urgent !!

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have used adaferine gel because of some acne and the gel reacted my skin as it’s photosensitive and sensetive my skin has become red after so many anti allergic medicine now my skin is less red but I get rashes on my skin and my skin get really dry they get more during my mensurations and summer season whereas in winter my skin is clear now I am having BIODOX capsule but my rashes are not going
