  4. Stepped on nail swollen. And paining.

Hi I stepped on rusty nail and only it bleeded less yesterday.today that area under leg is swollen and paining.i want to know whether we need to go to hospital for this or it will become alright.i have taken a Tt injection some 15 days back only.so can I again take if I go to doctor.im really confused.
