Hi, My son is 2 months old. I am thinking of starting cow milk to him after 3 months. Any harm to the baby ? Please advise. What would be the right time to start cow milk. Deven

Cows milk is not recommended till 1 year of age due to risk of allergy to animal protein. Only mothers mil should be given till 6 months are complete.
