Stapler pin puncture wound.

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I poked myself with a stapler pin in my thumb nail, took a tetanus shot the next day its been two days the same is paining a lot and my thumb is swollen. Also small part of skin has turned pale and hard near the nail. too much pain, took a combiflam for pain but of no effect. what to do?
