Stange sensation whole body

Hi sir/mam. I was having strange sensation on my whole body .But while I am taking neurobian forte ,I am feeling well. But suddenly it gets started. And again after 2 days it gone, as I am taking neurobian forte. So My questions is how long should I take this medicine or should I take injection , or other medicines. And this is my blood report.
