Stamoch pain for my son, age 3-4years

My son has had a stomach pain all day for 4 days. On 1-6-2025, he had vomiting, and after that, the vomiting was cured, but from that day onwards, he has suffered stomach pain and has not been eating properly. Please give medicine for my kid, sir.
