Stamach pain at left side

Asked for Female, 45 Years

I am 45 years lady having one son and one daughter through sigerian. From last 15 day i had a pain left side of stamach which starts slowly and increases simeltaneously.from last 40 day my menstrual cyle is also not occuring. Pain is not tollable
