I weighed 78kgs ( Stagnant Weight) since last 2 years and wasn't actively exercising,now I walk more than 8 kms per day from last one month but my weight has increased to 81.5kgs instead of decreasing ? Will my weight increase further or decrease after an intermittent increase ? Kindly suggest.
