I have one black mole under sole of right thumb of my feet, a few months back. I pulled it out and it has now spread, there are similar black moles under my sole. The top layer of skin is not broken but there are number of black moles/dots (few are raised). However, when I applied Salisylic acid, I saw that bigger black dots within in one mole. even after clearing, the black dot grow on same position. I have history of psoriasis and plantar warts.
What is it - foot melanoma/wart/else?
