Spreading allergy

Hi, My friend is facing this red patch marks problem from last 1 year,she showed it to many doctors untill she takes medicine it cures, as soon as medicine gets over it starts over again. It is increasing n it has even spread around hair. First something happened around hair n then it started spreading all over the body. She is quiet tensed ,please anyone can help out to know what it is n what is the cure,her blood test is also normal. Thanks n Regards, Chetan Kumar
