I sprained my ankle on the 21st of September and it's still hurting me.... I had therapy for my feet , wore ice pack, wore ankle supports but it still hurts... I had xrays done which showed no signs of any serious injuries. My doctor recommend I get some rest for it I have tried resting it but it still hurts... it's still swollen everyday I can't apply pressure I cannot even hang it off my bed without it hurting me... when I'm sitting down it keeps like my tissues are pulling together
