Spotting of blood in knickers.

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I'm a 20 year old female, a few weeks ago I had a small amount of red blood in my knickers and then the next day i had brown blood on the third day nothing. I wasn't due on my period for another 2 weeks! 3 weeks on, still not on my period but getting the most painful cramps in my tummy and the middle of my back, it feels like hunger pains. Today, a week late for my period, I noticed red blood in my knickers again but the smallest amount, I've taken a pregnancy test it came back negative.
