  4. Spotting in light bleeding. Thrown up.

Spotting in light bleeding
For a week I having spotting and my period was due a couple days ago. I'm wearing a pad but every time I check it there's only a few dark brown spots on the pad. And when I go to pee after I wipe there's blood. I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or what is going on I feel nauseous but I haven't thrown up.
