Spotting in between periods

Question

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I was on letrozole 5mg and progesterone last month. Had follicularmetry and ruptured a 20mm follicle with inj 5000 hcg. I did not have normal periods only spotting and mild cramps. My pregnancy test was negative. This month I am not under any medication and having spotting since day 12 of last periods. Also mild spotting during sex. It's it a source of concern or do I have to do a medical check up?? I am really confused. Please help. Thanks.
