Letrozole 2.5mg or 5mg
Hi In previous two cycle I have taken letrozole 2.5 mg and naturally ovulate on day 13 with egg size 21 *18mm with ET 8.5mm In this cycle my doctor increase dose to letrozole 5mg On 10th day follical size is 24*17mm and ET is 7mm is all is good ?

You have to see whether you are ovulating or not.your follicle size is okay. There’s stand no point increasing dose of letrozol.

Letroz 2.5mg did the job.....no indication to increase the dosage..... higher dose will cause more e2 inhibition n thinner endometrium Repeat inductions with same dose of 2.5mg....no need to change the dosage just bcoz it didnt result in pregnancy.... The aim of induction is to have ovulation with optimal endometrium
Next Steps
repeat another cycle with 2.5mg letroz do tubal evaluation if not done before rule out male factor
