I have been spotting for 4 months , then doctor prescribed me with Norgestimate tablets. Im using those tablets since 8 months. Even though spotting has not been stopped. Diagnosed with pcos. Pap smear is negative. What might be the reason ?

Hormonal discrepancy is the main reason. In scan if it is only Pcos then ,there should be strict life style changes. You should join yoga , Eat fresh vegetables and fruit everyday Have sprouts of about a cup daily. Flax seed decoction helps. Of course your gynecologist will put you on medication to help you lessen your problem
