I have been trying to conceive for past 3-4 months. Based on TVS i was diagnosed with PCOD hence doctor prescribed Duphaston from day 14 to day 24 (twice). I have been continuing the course for 2 months but This month i have had some spotting at around day 20, no pain. Is the spotting a cause for concern?

Hello Taking Duphaston alone for luteal support won’t help you conceive
You need to add other medicines with that
