I am suffering pain in lower abdomen on the left side since October and the pain increases if any movement occurs. Mild spotting was seen after periods since September.. Then i have done sonography and diagnosed with polycystic ovaries bilateral. My doctor has given iron and vitamin tablets only not pills. But I m concerned for the constant pain in left side..Please suggest what to do next.

Don't worry, since ultrasound did not show anything ,you can assured that there is no problem as such.
However please drink 10to12 glasses of water to clear your bowel regularly,
Have spinach as often as possible,
Walk an hour everyday.
Repeat ultrasound in a good centre if the pain persists.
