Spotting after a week of periods

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am having spotting after a week of my periods, my period ended on sep 3 and i suddenly started spotting yesterday. I had sexual intercourse night before that . This is the first time i am undergoing something like that. What could be the reason and what can be done to stop that ?
